With our new e-commerce registration system, SJAC no longer takes a $50 up-front, non-refundable deposit on workshops.

However, to avoid unfortunate last-minute cancellations that could result in workshops being cancelled for all participants (minimum registration numbers must be met to at least break even after costs), we have instituted a new cancellation and refund policy.

Any registrant who cancels their registration after 10 days prior to the start date of the workshop will forfeit a $50 cancellation fee. The remainder of the registration cost will be refunded.

Workshops that are cancelled will be fully refunded, but please note that payments will be refunded by cheque no matter the method of payment; you will be contacted to arrange for a cheque to be sent via mail or picked up in person if you prefer.
