Workshop Description
This exciting workshop for teens explores the creation of pottery by learning to use the potter’s wheel. Students gain experience on the wheel as well as learning hand building techniques to create bowls, mugs or other functional objects. You also learn to decorate your pieces with underglazes in a range of colours! This workshop is limited to four participants.

Time: 9:30am-12pm
Dates: Saturdays, November 18, 25, December 2, 9, 2023
Duration: 4 weeks
Fees: $275 (includes instruction, clay, use of tools and equipment, glazing and firing of finished pieces)
Skill level: Beginner
Capacity: maximum 6 students

About your Instructor
Molly Davidson is a small batch potter who attended the New Brunswick College of Craft and Design and completed her Ceramics Diploma in 2013. She creates functional stoneware pieces inspired by new things all the time and has been at the Arts Centre since 2019.
