Workshop Description
This workshop explores a new range of motion in children while providing an opportunity to better understand their budding mind-body connection. Not only is dance a beautiful artform in the eye of the observer, it is also a great tool for children to express themselves while exploring a range of senses. Each week students will move through dynamic stretches, imaginative prompts, fun sequences, and flowing meditations to introduce them to the art of dance in a liberating and encouraging environment.
