SJAC is very excited to welcome the Elm City String Quartet for their first performance in our Port Saint John Gallery!
The Elm City Quartet is a string quartet based in Fredericton, NB. The group includes Victor Vivas (violin), Mercedes Salazar (violin), Mark Kleyn (viola), and Emily Kennedy (cello). Members of the quartet come from Venezuela, Michigan, and New Brunswick. Their musicality and passion for a variety of musical styles creates an engaging experience for the performers and audience.
The quartet will be presenting Beethoven’s Op. 18 No. 6 and Grieg’s No. 1 op. 27.
