The cut out/collages on display are a sample from a count totaling over 700 that were created over the past 10 years. So far, they have been exhibited in the gallery space of The Public Archives of Nova Scotia and at the central branch of The Ottawa Public Library. What can I say about them? They are intricate and mysterious and were a fun challenge to make. Some took years to finish and others only took minutes. I hope you enjoy them.
Paula was born and raised in Ottawa where she spent her childhood drawing pictures and putting on art show extravaganzas.
She grew up and moved away to the Maritimes to go to the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design. Lots of things happened and a lot of collages were made.
She lives in Bloomfield with two kittens, two roosters, one man, and sixteen hens.
